Blessed to make connections with the hotel staff who are totally helpful whenever I need help. A big shout out to Rui who serves at the breakfast faithfully. Also Raphael who is totally friendly. The latest kid on the block, Diana is such an angel to have around. I am thankful to be in a place without strangers here.

the room and bathroom are cleaned properly. bed is comfortable and spacious for 2 people. close to wallisellen station.

The room is super nice, but the location is a bit far from central. Though the train station is close from the hotel.

Very friendly staff, good location right next to big shopping center with plenty food options. Tram and train to city center close by.

The location of the hotel was beside a highway but that didn't disturb our rest at all. The hotel was located about a 10 minutes walk away from the Wallisellen station. On the day of arrival, we actually reached early but still managed to check in early with a fee. For those who do not wish to check in early but still wish to drop your baggage/luggage, the hotel allowed it as well which is a good service that we appreciated it. The cleanliness of the hotel is great and the staffs are very friendly when handling us and our enquiries. We skipped the breakfast itself so won't be able to comment much on that but will definitely stay again at the hotel when visiting Zurich again.

Very clean, countertops and cabinets are quite large. The location is not suitable for sightseeing. You have to walk a long way from the train station, or go up an incline to the bus stop. But you can reach a big shopping mall within ten minutes.

As said, everything is ok but I don't understand how there was only one person at the reception to check in, resulting in 40 minutes to get the room key

The hotel is very close to the airport and the station. It’s a bit far away and you need to walk for about 10 minutes. If you’re going shopping or are far from the city center, it’s not recommended to choose this hotel because your hotel is only for business customers near the airport, but the front desk staff is very friendly. If you use it as a transit point It is also recommended to choose

Good hotel for a night or two. Simple but very clean. Good location, large shopping center in front of the door. Rooms are well soundproofed as they are right on the highway. I would book here again.
