Jessica and Miracle went beyond to accommodate us. We were returning to Fl after the hurricane and they made us feel so welcomed. We were uncertain as to our return home and they were most agreeable to work with us. I would recommend this Best Western to any other travelers.

Horrible smelly dirty room with bed bugs. The water pressure was minimal and the whole place was mildew smell and stains on furniture and floor in room and hallway. They had roaches in the breakfast area. I would not recommend this place it's not good enough for even a Kennel facility. I wouldn't leave my dogs here.

This was our first time staying at this hotel near gainesville. We were here for the first UF football game of the season and this was the only one available nearby that was affordable. (There were four of us adults and one toddler that were here for a family weekend.) The outside of the building was very new and modern so I was hoping the inside was as well. One can never tell from the online photos if it is true or not. As soon as I entered the hotel to check in there was a wonderful aroma! I don't know what it was but it made the check-in experience even better. The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, made the check-in process quick. There was a Pilot Travel Center and Dunkin within walking distance so those were very convenient. This hotel was located on a quiet road about 25 miles from Gainesville so we weren't too far from plenty of things to do and places to go. ( I also would like to mention that St Augustine is only an hour and 20 minutes from this hotel so that was definitely a plus! There is a beach you can go to but we drove there to go to Buc-ee's and then ride the trolley since we didn't have a lot of time left. There are SO many things to see and do there and plenty of places to eat. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the Gainesville area again.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. I loved the crispy waffles among the breakfast items. They allowed late check out. The only problem is the broken down elevator. Next time I will choose a room in the ground floor to avoid going up and down the stairs with the suitcases.

The front desk clerk was awesome. Very personable and welcoming. After that, it ******. The first thing we saw was the elevator was broken, and of course, our room was on the 2nd floor. Any thoughts of using the pool were gone, it was bright green and closed. The ice and vendinding machines on the 2nd floor were broken.The stairwell from the 1st to second floor was dark, the lights out and unsafe. It seemed to me to be a low class hotel, a bed and bathroom, not something I paid for. I guess for $138 a night I expected more. If I went to a hotel paying $50 a night I would expect this.

We picked this motel because of its location and reviews. Great choice all around. The office was just about to put us in a room on the second floor. When I found out the elevator was out of order, I requested a different room. That immediately happened. Room on the first floor was huge, plenty of places to sit, electric plugs galore. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee available 24/7.

We ended up at this hotel when we had car trouble and had to stop for the night. We were tired and cranky. the young lady at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was perhaps the MOST COMFORTABLE ever!! Thanks for a great stay!

Manager Vanessa always makes guests feel like family, she always remembers me and will go extra mile to make my stay the best ever. Her staff are just like her, this is a hotel you can think of as your second home. Great fitness center, with good equipment, mirrored, has purified water dispenser, and towels. Lobby always has fresh coffee brewed with a selection of teas, creams and sweeteners. Interior corridors make a big difference. They keep building and guest rooms clean, safe, serene. Lobby and dining area are always open, spacious,, spotless. Bed are freshly made, bath and shower amenities include high quality soaps, body washes and lotions. This is my go-to hotel.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful from the time we checked in. We arrived early and the staff rushed to get our room ready so we didn't have to wait in the lobby. The hot breakfast was delicious, sausage and eggs as well as oatmeal with all kinds of toppings and juice. I got a fantastic work out in in their fitness center and a great night sleep in my super comfy bed. Also, the shower was huge with great soaps and shampoo! I would definitely stay here again!!

Need Better Breakfast. Rooms Nice And Service Was Great. Exercise Room Was Very Good. Pool Was Nice. Beds Were Good As Well As The Pillows. Rooms Were Big And It's Pet Friendly. They Do Lack Good Eating Places.

I highly recommend the Waldo Best Western hotel. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in quite some time. The room, the staff and the overall experience were top notch. Love the location. An easy commute to and from Gainesville.
