The triple room we stayed in was very big and well-equipped. The hotel service was excellent, the staff were very nice, and they gave each of us a bottle of water when we checked out. We drove a car and parked at the door of the hotel and checked in. We were fined within 5 minutes. I told the hotel staff and they tried to help me cancel the ticket. After a period of effort, the application was finally successful, and they sent me an email. I really don't know how to thank them for such service. I will stay in this hotel again next time I have the chance. It's great in every aspect!

Nice hotel with everything you need for a short trip. Coffee and tea were free.
Unfortunately, the lady from the weekend was rude and made it difficult for us to check in. We would have preferred to cancel the accommodation immediately, which was not possible. However, all other employees were courteous and helpful and we were still able to enjoy our stay.

I always worry about Best Western as each hotel is independently owned and operated. This one's a good one - recently renovated with friendly English-speaking staff. Our room was clean and comfortable; and came with a coffee machine. The only catch was that the Aircon couldn't quite keep the summer heat away. Breakfast was surprisingly good... A decent range of things, including a fantastic fruit platter. Location is great .... A few minutes from the train station and also from the tram lines. Walking to the cathedral takes about ten minutes. There's a big supermarket just a minute away too.
