가성비가 떨어지는 숙소 입니다 전망도 생각보다 평범하고 풀장도 작고 냄새 많이 나고 조식 포함해서 예약했는데 아침 먹으러 갔더니 이름이 없다고 해서 밥먹으려다 기분 잡쳐서 밥도 제대로 못먹음 재방문 의사 없음

The stay at Ursprung Panorama hotel was awesome 👌 We felt very welcome from the very beginning to the end of our stay. All the staff was extremely caring and helpful. The spa facilities were not overcrowded and there is everything you need. There is a bar with a variety of tea and cold water. The panoramic view from the sauna is spectacular. We also used a cable car to get on the Alpes without additional cost, and the pickup point is only a 100 meters from the hotel. The view from our balcony was also amazing, rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. Good parking options in the underground garage with possibility to charge an electric vehicle. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is worth every penny ❤️

Excellent location. Rooms reasonable size and clean, comfortable beds. If your room is at the front and you’re a light sleeper best to bring earplugs as the apres-ski bar ‘The Kings’ is directly in front of the hotel and can be noisy at nighttime, good fun to go there for a drink though. Atmosphere and interior of the hotel bar & restaurant very nice. Service is mediocre, there is very little personal contact, reception personnel the same. The spa is full of children so not a place to go and relax, very noisy and crowded. The mixed alcoholic drinks are somewhat watery, especially the aperol and hugo. All-in -all a nice hotel, if there would be a little more attention spent on the details (spa, personnel friendliness) it would be worth a 5 star rating. We had a nice ski holiday.

We stayed at the Ursprungs over New Year and had a wonderful experience. The staff were excellent and the hotel was modern and clean. The location is brilliant with about a 50m walk to the main gondola and practically ski back in. There's also a ski shop almost next door. The wellness area was very good and we loved the pool. The food in the restaurant was tasty and the breakfast buffet was excellent each morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

Het was ons eerste bezoek in dit hotel en is ons uitstekend bevallen. De auto kun je parkeren in de ondergrondse garage Bij incheck werden we zelfs door de receptioniste naar de kamer gebracht. We zaten in de panorama suite en deze kamer had een geweldig uitzicht en was heerlijk schoon en zeer ruim Er stond een bad in de woonkamer en je had een draaiende televisie (jammmer dat er niet meer Nederlandse tv-zenders waren, buiten BVN). De douche had een hemeldouche en elke dag kregen we schone handdoeken. We hadden half pension en het eten was uitstekend en gevarieerd. Avondeten is om 18:00 en 20:15 uur Er is ook een zwembad aanwezig en daarnaast nog een sauna, relaxruimte, sportschool en healthcentrum. Het hotel zit vlakbij de Dorfbahn en ook de apresski barren zijn vlakbij (Hannes Alm en Kings) Het personeel was echt super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Kortom een aanrader om hier te verblijven Als ik dan 1 tip mag geven is dat je nergens je handdoeken kan ophangen na het douchen, dus een paar haakjes in de douche zou zeer welkom zijn, net als het weinig aantal haakjes in de kast.

Das Hotel ist wie viele Familiengeführt. Die Gastgeber und ihr fantastisches Team erfüllen jeden Wunsch mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit und Freude. Selten so eine tolle Gastgeber-Kultur erlebt. Weiter so! Ein Highlight war die nächtliche Fackelwanderung durch den verschneiten Wald am Ortsrand. Maurits, unser Guide hat sich bestens um alle 17 Teilnehmer aller Altersklassen gekümmert. Das Zimmer ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Der Eine oder Andere Haken fehlt, um die Skiausrüstung wie Helme, Jacken/ Hose und Handschuhe aufzuhängen.

Tolles Hotel und super freundliches Personal. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch schön, obwohl ein Teil außer Funnktion war. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch, es gibt neben dem üblichen wie diversen Brotsorten auch selbstgemachten Smoothie, Avocadosalat, Milchreos und vieles mehr.
