가성비가 떨어지는 숙소 입니다 전망도 생각보다 평범하고 풀장도 작고 냄새 많이 나고 조식 포함해서 예약했는데 아침 먹으러 갔더니 이름이 없다고 해서 밥먹으려다 기분 잡쳐서 밥도 제대로 못먹음 재방문 의사 없음

Take care when you select this hotel that you have some mountain road to do before accessing to the hotel and that environment is not so "typical" but more ski industry.
Hotel itself is very fine except that there is no diasbled people parking place

The stay at Ursprung Panorama hotel was awesome 👌 We felt very welcome from the very beginning to the end of our stay. All the staff was extremely caring and helpful. The spa facilities were not overcrowded and there is everything you need. There is a bar with a variety of tea and cold water. The panoramic view from the sauna is spectacular. We also used a cable car to get on the Alpes without additional cost, and the pickup point is only a 100 meters from the hotel. The view from our balcony was also amazing, rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. Good parking options in the underground garage with possibility to charge an electric vehicle. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is worth every penny ❤️

Excellent location. Rooms reasonable size and clean, comfortable beds. If your room is at the front and you’re a light sleeper best to bring earplugs as the apres-ski bar ‘The Kings’ is directly in front of the hotel and can be noisy at nighttime, good fun to go there for a drink though. Atmosphere and interior of the hotel bar & restaurant very nice. Service is mediocre, there is very little personal contact, reception personnel the same. The spa is full of children so not a place to go and relax, very noisy and crowded. The mixed alcoholic drinks are somewhat watery, especially the aperol and hugo. All-in -all a nice hotel, if there would be a little more attention spent on the details (spa, personnel friendliness) it would be worth a 5 star rating. We had a nice ski holiday.

We stayed at the Ursprungs over New Year and had a wonderful experience. The staff were excellent and the hotel was modern and clean. The location is brilliant with about a 50m walk to the main gondola and practically ski back in. There's also a ski shop almost next door. The wellness area was very good and we loved the pool. The food in the restaurant was tasty and the breakfast buffet was excellent each morning. Highly recommend this hotel.
