Front desk was swift checking me in. No problems with the room not being ready. Once I was in my room everything was clean. It was a spacious room, king size bed. Had all my toiletries in the bathroom. The complementary breakfast was actually great for free breakfast standards. They had everything you could want. Hotel also had a pool that I did not use.

My reservation was booked as a part of a group and I did not get the room type I requested. I arrived in the middle of the night and Jonathan was super-friendly and instrumental in contacting the manager aboutmy concerns. This meant alot to me because his assistance was not required, as the room selection oversight was not due to any error by the hotel. He was pretty hopeful things would work out in my favor as he was going to leave a very detailed message for the manager. I was requesting a room change during a very busy/sold out weekend. The next morning before I could wake-up good, Charlene called to further assist with the change....and when she called she even offered me a selection with the room types. This type of customer service and attentiveness made me feel special and appreciated as a Hilton Rewards Member. It made for a great trip! Special thanks also to Manager Ashley who approved and finalized my move. Every staff member I encountered during my stay was extremely polite and had a willingness to make our stay pleasant. And the breakfast was very tasty and fulfilling. I definitely plan on staying at this hotel again. :)

Polite customer service. The rooms and small but look like they were decorated for an upscale elementary school(see photo). The rooms were clean but the hardwood floors made it easy to track dirt and grime. It’s the first hotel I’ve been to where there wasn’t enough pillows or towels in the rooms. Bathroom was very clean. We were by the elevator but had no noise problems. When you walk in. It feels like an upbeat holiday inn. Based on the animals we saw in the lobby it is pet friendly. Check out time is 11 and they have a breakfast like a holiday inn express does. It wasn’t bad a experience but I probably won’t stay here again. Very thin bedsheets and the bed was very firms. Bath towels were thin. Housekeeping was very nice. There’s no pool but there is a pool table in the lobby. There were no bugs and no weird stains.

We love this place! We stay here each time we come to a FSU. They have rooms Available for Families that are spacious like an apartment. We always have an enjoyable stay and good Location. You won’t be disappointed. We will continue to Stay here when possible

GGuest UserMy husband and i stayed one night in a room overlooking the Spring, which i would recommend doing. The view is gorgeous! We had the two Queen sized beds and they were very comfortable! The room was huge with a sofa also. Bathroom had a shower tub combo and antique sink and toilet, in keeping with the 1937 age of the hotel. All beautiful and functioning properly. Be sure to walk around the interior of the Lodge and look up at the hand painted ceiling. Stunning artwork. Their are also many photos of the springs back when it first opened up to visitors. Very interesting. Check out the funky old elevator and be prepared for the door to shut and open very quickly, so step way back from the doors!! As suggested make a reservation for your dinner online. There are no other restaurants nearby to the Lodge. They do seem to be short staffed just like every place these days, so expect to wait a while for a server to take your order and receive your food. The staff was very friendly. Food was excellent and worth the wait. We took the Jungle Boat tour of the Springs and were lucky enough to have the singing Park Ranger tour guide! He made the tour even better with his song about Wakulla Springs and his knowledge of the area, birds, plants and all the wildlife. We were so happy that we decided to stay at the Lodge and hope to come back again.

Hotel staff was friendly and the lobby had a huge area of tables Very comfortable The room was nice and bathroom was large with the best smelling soaps and amenities TV had some issues which hotel staff came to room to fix. I wish hotels would do away with any and all carpeting in the rooms as they are impossible to keep clean There was a hot breakfast buffet
