"I like Dormy Inn in most places, but I think this one is one of the better one. Room are relatively larger than other places, breakfast is good (most other Dormy inn are also good) and I think the Onsen is one of the best I’ve been to."

"A hotel is located not very far from the ferry and location itself is very quiet, if you would like to travel to other island this is very convenient for you. However Surfeel does not have any convenient shop for you to walk by (if you don’t have a car). The internet is quite slow and sometimes would disconnect itself, other than that it’s a very lovely hotel with great breakfast."

"Nice clean hotel with 3 parking lots FOC. Reached late so decided to just go nearby convenience stall to take away some food. The onsen was small-midsize. The breakfast variety was not a lot but was still not bad. Good place for family as we took room with 3 beds."

"The front desk boss was very enthusiastic. Knowing that there was nothing to eat outside except convenience stores on New Year's Eve, he gave a box of instant noodles to each person. The whole place was super clean, but there was no TV in the double bed room, so I used the computer to watch the red and white songs. The twin room's toilet and shower room are shared with the other two rooms, but they are both clean. If you want to take a bath, you have to pay extra. However, towels and toiletries are free for twin rooms, and you may be charged for extra ones."

"The room is clean and comfortable, with beautiful scenery outside the window. The hotel itself is a hot spring hotel. Although it can be seen that it is an old-fashioned hot spring hotel, the interior must have been recently renovated, so the room equipment is all new. The only thing is that the air conditioner in the room cannot be changed at will. However, you can open the window to let the cold air enter the room to adjust the temperature. After all, nearly 2/3 of the year in Wakkanai is winter, so it is reasonable to design a greenhouse. It's just that I'm personally afraid of heat, so I don't like the room temperature to be dry or warm. The hotel's hot spring is also a major feature. It is a natural hot spring and is very comfortable after soaking in it. During my two-day stay, I also found that many people were staying at the hotel. During my stay, most of the people I saw were Japanese locals. It is not far from downtown Wakkanai and can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. I haven't ordered any food from the hotel, so I can't comment. Highly recommended to stay."
