Satisfied with the service👍My laptop couldn't connect to the Internet at the time, but with the enthusiastic help of the front desk clerk, I was finally able to access the Internet👍👍👍

The hotel staff is very friendly! The lobby is stunning and spacious also very clean. Had a computer center, restaurant, fitness room, and complimentary breakfast- which was delicious and had a lot of options. The room was very clean as well! Housekeeping did knock twice before check out time; roughly 8am and then around 10am, not a huge deal to us! We both work at a hotel and understand that rooms need to be turned, but that might bother someone else. But overall the stay was pleasant, clean and really good! Right near Salem as well, very good for a quick nights sleep!

We had my sons Wedding events occur at this hotel and they were nothing short of spectacular! The rehearsal dinner, the staff and the overall experience was amazing. There were 78 people staying at the hotel for this wedding which is HALF of the total attendees and the back office and front office made every second special. The restaurant staff was AMAZING and accomodating! I cannot thank you enough and if you are looking for a wedding spot for your guests, you can find it here! THANKS for making my sons and daughter-in law's wedding event so special:)

Great team; very nice breakfast and terrific front desk team! Always accommodating. Like home away from home!! Clean rooms, quiet environment. Breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. Again great staff. I really have no complaints. And highly recommend this property. I have traveled a LOT and this is a good place to hang your hat!

Our company has done numerous meetings at this facility and we are always treated so well! Eric takes great care of us in the meeting room. The hotel is in a great location near shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean and the grounds are well taken care of. There is a small bar with lite bites. We will be back!

My husband and I live a little over an hour away from this hotel but booked it as a place to crash on a Saturday night between two parties we had in the area, using Marriott points. Under no circumstance would we have paid the over $300 price tag to do the same. Staying here seemed like the perfect solution so we wouldn’t have to drive back and forth two days in a row; especially because the rooms appeared to be updated and the hotel was right next to Market Street, which we love. The stay started off strong when the hotel let us check in early, at 12 pm. We booked a king room but they only had king rooms available on the first floor at that time so we opted for a Queen room on the 6th floor instead. The front desk agent said we were actually better off in that room because it was in the section with updated rooms. I was under the impression that all rooms had been updated because the hotel’s website says “NEWLY RENOVATED GUESTROOMS.” Anyways, after check in, things went slowly down hill. The hotel elevators looked worn and in need of some TLC. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the elevators which always means more noise. Immediately upon entering the room, I noticed that the beds were really double beds and not queens and there was only one nightstand in the middle. This is a huge inconvenience in my opinion because everyone likes to have their phones plugged in next to them; right? There was also no shelf in the shower to put toiletries on. Instead, they had bottles of shampoo, etc. attached to the wall with no lock or anything. I read not to use them if there’s no lock because you never know what other guests put into those bottles. Despite the room being renovated and looking pretty nice, it was already semi beat up, with large scratches in the wallpaper and bed frames. It wasn’t filthy but I could tell the cleaning had been rushed. There was a stain on the outside of the toilet bowl and a few smaller stains on the shower walls, etc. The room was the epitome of “lipstick on a pig.” The room looked nice but it was all cosmetic and you could tell the hotel cheaped out. The bath towels were tiny too and the fitted bed sheets only came down about 2 inches on the sides of the mattresses! The rest of each side was uncovered. I’ve never seen anything like it!! My biggest complaint was that I just couldn’t fall asleep. The bed was way too small, the AC was loud when on, there was a lot of noise from the nearby highway that could be heard when the AC motor stopped running, there was noise from people getting off the elevator and although the bed wasn’t the worst in terms of comfortability, it wasn’t as good as the beds at most other Marriott properties. I ended up kicking my husband out of the bed and over to the second one at 3 am just so we could both have more room. In the morning, we went to the breakfast area to grab coffee. It was chaotic. Two of the coffee pots and the other creamer were empty. We didn’t want breakfast but I

While the hotel itself is great and the staff is super super friendly. The hotel had one of the better breakfasts available. Hotel itself is pretty modern. The reason why it's almost perfect are the requests that do not get fulfilled.

Great stay! Beds are surprisingly comfy, we asked for a few more pillows and they had them delivered to our room!! The rooms are clean and house keeping refreshes room and towels each day. Staff is friendly and helpful, got us in touch with a driver named Doug who was awesome!! Overall great stay and we would be happy to stay here again if ever in the area.

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing our stay was at Four Points... but I'll do my best! For context, my wife and I were engaged for two years before we just tied the knot on October 8th. For the -- and I am not exaggerating here -- TWO YEARS leading up to this event, Four Points has taken care of us, step-by-step, from the room block to the restaurant and conference room reservations, welcome bags, you name it. Specifically, our point of contact, and more specifically, my wife's point of contact (lol) was Tamara Husband. We may name our first-born child after her. That's how helpful and amazing and proactive and solution-oriented and generous and thoughtful and kind she is. I truly mean it when I say Tamara's assistance and extreme generosity (of the entire staff, for that matter!) shined through to our guests, as well. Everyone said it was the most fabulous experience at the hotel. Our stay at the Four Points and our interactions with Tamara and the rest of the crew will be remembered by my wife and I forever. Just an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. And did I mention we love Tamara? Okay, that's all ;)

This hotel was perhaps a gem back in the 80's but as of current day, it is screaming for a renovation and just general upkeep. A Floor 1 room was assigned to us and when we entered the room we were deeply disappointed. Everything appeared dirty, the comforter had black stains underneath, the tiles had mildew, the sink was tiny and the room overall had a worn trend to it. For the price, I would recommend going to nearby Peabody or Burlington to find a cleaner hotel. Never again. The only positive was the average breakfast they offer daily, albeit everything is single use plastic or foam.

Great area to stay, and not far from Salem but still away from the Salem fall time chaos and traffic. The Marketplace shopping center is a quick drive around the corner with many store and restaurant options. Hotel Staff is super friendly and very helpful.

My husband and I booked a room for one night and immediately walked out. The charge was over $500 for the night, which thankfully we were refunded. The picture on the website was no where near what we experienced. Hair on the door, mold in the bathroom vent, dirty floors. Complete robbery attempt. While we were waiting at the desk, another guest shared their room had brown water coming out of the shower and no hot water. Stay away.
