I like that check out time is noon. Also the main doors are locked after 8pm. You have to be a guest with a room key to enter the building

The staff acts extremely put out when you make a reasonable request. The rooms are often lacking the promised amenities like a toasters or a coffee makers spatula, etc.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind. Only gripe was the people above sounded like a heard of elephants at night time.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and AC noise not obtrusive. Overall, a good value. Will stay at this property again in the future.

Front desk confusion Front desk was very unorganized. They seemed to have booked rooms before arrivals. If you came earlier than your room was ready they gave you someone else’s room. They were confused. We even went to our room and they called the room for us to come back down as they gave us a room that was paid for. Then when we went back to lobby they apologized and said they’d just give them another room when they show up.
