I have stayed at this brand in Kagoshima and Takamatsu. As a business hotel, it is very good. There are no extra things. The price-performance ratio is high, especially the breakfast, which is unexpectedly rich and delicious. However, the location here in Wakayama is average. It is in the opposite direction of the busy exit of JR. The station is not connected. You have to drag your luggage through the underground passage, then see 7-11, and cross another street to get there. If you have big luggage, the location is a problem.

The hotel is about 7-8 minutes' walk from the east exit of Wakayama Station. The surrounding area is relatively quiet. Lawson and 7-11 supermarkets are not far away. The bustling commercial area is to the west of Wakayama Station. There is a connecting passage under Wakayama Station that you can walk directly to (Google Maps walking navigation does not show this passage).
