Easy to find in a small village fairly close to Spa. The hotel is quite small and has a lovely restaurant, which serves lovely food and is quite popular with the locals. The rooms are very large, spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The staff speak good English and are very friendly. This is a great place to stay to explore Spa and the surrounding area.

We had a nice stay at Cyrano's with our large cycling group. Closed storage for our bikes. In house restaurant with good food and breakfast next morning. The nice bar and restaurant is well frequented by locals at Saturday night. The rooms were quite new and roomy with comfortable beds. The owner and staff were very help-and thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice hotel and excellent food. The owner is deeply committed to providing a first-class experience. We were there for the F1 experience and he went out of his way to accommodate needs for shuttles and food at odd times.

Right on the cycle route, with a modern cycling storage room right on the cycle path. The hotel is nice & modern, but a little expensive. Receptionist spoke english & french, but no german. there's a bar & restaurant which I didn't try.

We verbleven in dit hotel tijdens onze Vennbahnfietstocht. Heel onvriendelijk personeel, zowel bij het in- en uitchecken als in de brasserie. Wij mochten onze trui niet over de rug van onze stoel draperen (“on n’aime pas”) terwijl het grootste deel van de klanten in korte broek kwam dineren … Goede kamer, mooi hotel. De badkamer zat vol trapjes en niveauverschillen, opletten dus. Wij moesten voor het parkeren van onze twee (gewone, niet-elektrische fietsen) 6 euro betalen! Allicht is dit eerder bedoeld als vergoeding voor het opladen van elektrische fietsen (die we dus niet hebben). Auto’s mogen dan weer wel gratis parkeren. Begrijpe wie kan …

Nous avons passé une superbe soirée au restaurant gastro. Des mises en bouches jusqu’au dessert tout était délicieux ainsi que le vin proposé. Les chambres sont assez grandes , la literie confortable et la salle de bain comporte un grand bain et une belle douche italienne.

Prima hotel! Het eten is heerlijk en met vakmanschap klaar gemaakt. Prima personeel! Altijd vriendelijk. Ondanks hun jonge leeftijd met veel kennis van zaken. Mooie kamers, goede bedden. Een aanrader! Beveiligde fietsstalling weliswaar betalend.

Dîner d’anniversaire en famille, reçus comme à la maison. Chef patron bien présent, aux petits soins. Repas délicieux, savoureux. Vins sélectionnés en fonction des goûts des hôtes. Sabayon en dessert, juste envie d’y retourner demain ! Merci Gerty !
