The service in general is excellent. The staff at the reception are very welcoming and accommodating. No doubt, this will be again our choice of hotel when we visit Wagga Wagga. Special thanks to the front desk manager.

Close to CBD, staff were friendly and recommended a great place to eat.

Wagga Wagga is a relatively large inland city. The hotel has a good location, free parking, and large rooms. It is a good choice to drive 40 kilometers to the Junee Railway Roundhouse.

From the moment I called last minute to reserve a room, the staff and experience was exceptional. We had the 3 bed room with kitchenette which was perfect for our family. My Mum really appreciated the electric blankets and a/c for both rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy, great linen and plenty of extra blankets if required. Thanks so much.

We have stayed here before and we were happy with our room and the service given and this stay was the same. The room was very clean and the facilities and service were great. The breakfast was excellent. We will stay here again

Before booking check if the room has an upgraded air conditioner. Wagga gets very hot in summer and the air con was so loud we couldn’t use if we were in the room. Also, if you want to use pool check when booking if it is operational as it was drained when we arrived.
