Room needs a paint job
Limit lighting in the bathroom and no extractor fan either in the bathroom
But it was clean staff were nice

I was with a group of friends. We had 4 different rooms in total & had issues with 3 at check-in. Staff did accommodate us & fixed issues, but it certainly put a damper on the start of our weekend.

Terrible experience. Look elsewhere.
No staff present for my entire stay. Yes it’s an older building but should be maintained better. Air conditioner Didn’t work. Thinks broken in room. Hair in the bathroom. Floors dirty.

Good location. No staff on site after 7. No dining on weekends, cold in common areas, black mould (lots) in shower and empty bottles of products.

I stayed from Thursday until the following Tuesday. During this time there was no hotel internet service available. When I asked about this the manager took what I felt was a combative tone. Telling me that it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility, that most people hotspot their phone anyway and accusing me of instigating blame. I found the whole conversation unpleasant, felt the manager’s people skills were extremely lacking and avoided him for the remainder of my stay at the hotel.
