Dalian Wafang Atour Hotel

During a self-driving trip to Dalian, I specially arranged to spend half a day in Wafangdian to see the large and small Pai Shi landscape. We got a room upgrade when we checked in. Overall clean and tidy, the room and shower room are spacious; and the quilt is moderately thick and very comfortable. Nothing is more important than a good night's sleep! The design of unlimited charging on both sides of the bed is also very thoughtful; the hanging ears in the room also smell good! The lady at the front desk was very considerate and gave me a small gift. . . All in all, I love this hotel and recommend it!

It is indeed the right choice to choose Atour. It is a new store with a great location and very convenient parking. The staff are warm and considerate, and they have also made upgrades. The bedding is comfortable and the supplies are considerate. Special thanks go to the equipment engineer who enthusiastically helped solve the problem of ironing clothes. If you come to Wafangdian again, Atour will be your first choice!

Advantages: When you check in, you will be offered tea. You can read in the lounge on the first floor. The decoration is very good. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom are of good quality shortcoming: The elevators are too slow and one of them broke last night. The cleaning table was not wiped clean enough. Wipe it again with clean water and it can be wiped off. The shower sewer doesn't drain quickly. It's spread all over my feet, but it hasn't gone down yet. The waiter also greets the guests when they leave. If you are not used to it, you can moderate it and only greet customers when they come in. No need to go out. The soundproofing of the room was very poor and the sounds from the neighboring rooms could be heard clearly. We would be shocked if other houses closed their doors...

After staying for three days, my biggest feeling is that Atour has been downgraded. There was a strange smell, the toilet was so dirty that I couldn't sit on it, and the room was not cleaned. The service is terrible! There are no standards at all. After complaining, I contacted the store manager, but no one responded. . . .
