This was our second year back to attend ***** Tides and plan on staying again next year! The staff was all wonderful and very helpful, and I know it can be a hectic & stressful couple nights when there is a show next door.

It was amazing like always the only thing with a passion that I hate is people who have they dogs without leashes that is something that is a must and need to be put on a sign everywhere.some people are terrified of dogs.other than that great place great staff great breakfast! Room was very clean and neat! Pool was so much fun gym was totally clean!

The bed was concaved. There was a huge divet so back was in pain. Had to sleep on the sofa.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. Very kind and helpful. The place looked well kept and updated. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. My one complaint is that with a 5 night stay there was no maid service. Our trash cans were small and overflowing and we had to request more towels, TP and tissue. It would have been nice to have service at least every other day.

Staff was friendly. The room was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. There was hair in the shower, an empty vodka bottle on the air conditioning unit and a bottle of cologne on the floor. The breakfast was very minimal.
