It is a nice hotel with friendly and helpful personal. The rooms are clean and conform description on internet. The hotel location is perfect, you can walk to hitorical Petra. I would recommend this hotel.

This is a basic hotel, pretty dirty. You can easily find hair in the toilet and in the blankets. There are rooms having a window on internal corridor and others having a high wall at 50 com from the window. We asked to change room but were totally unsatisfied by both. The position is good, the price is not high, but mentioning Luxury is a total contraddiction

Surprising hotel. Deceptive "luxury" in the hotel name. Located on the hill, above main entrance to Petra. Only few minutes walk down, a bit more when coming back. The room itself was spacious with comfortable bed. Aircondition was an big advantage. Bathroom leaves much to be desired. Bathtube with shower, but not always warm water was available. Toilet with self-closing flap all, also when sitting. No place to store toiletry bag. But some toiletries were available, what is an advantage. Bathroom was big, but needs renovation. Unfortunately the walls are not soundproof, whether inside or outside. No elevator available, what can be an disadvantage when travelling with big, heavy suitcase. As for the maney it costed, it was not really worth. Could be improved. Or better - price should be adapted to the conditions offered.

Small hotel (pension type building) near the entrance to Petra. Two rooms had been reserved for five people and two nights on booking from France. We had called the hotel the same day to confirm our arrival time without any problem. When we arrived the rooms had been rented to other tourists. Height of dishonesty the manager sent us to another similar hotel saying he had booked for us. Arrived on the spot the hotel was full... big hassle to find a room on Petra. Reimbursed by booking but dream of this trip a little tainted. Too bad I can't write an insult against this lying individual!

Sicuramente non c'è il "lusso" a cui siamo abituati a pensare noi italiani, ma l'hotel è comunque più che dignitoso. Arredamento un po' datato forse, ma la stanza era spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort (frigobar, asciugacapelli, prodotti per il bagno ecc...). Comodissimo per raggiungere l'entrata al sito archeologico di Petra a piedi senza pagare il parcheggio visto che la struttura lo offre gratuitamente. La cosa però che più mi ha colpito è stata la cortesia del proprietario, un ragazzo di una gentilezza unica che ci ha preparato una colazione super abbondante e buona. In definitiva, esperienza ottima.

Nous avons eu une chambres 3 lits simples, avec vue sur un batiment: ça n'envoie pas du rêve. La chambre est simple, propre, équipée d'un mini bar, clim qui fonctionne parfaitement. Le petit déjeuner est très simple, loin du fameux continental, mais parfait par ces grandes chaleurs. La carte pour le dîner est simple, les plats sont bons. Les plus de cet hôtel: - Il est à 10 minutes à pied du Visitor Center. - La vue du restaurant, sur le roof top, est magique: vue sur le site de Petra. - Le personnel est accueillant, aux petits soins avec les clients.

Possibilité de garer sa voiture au sein du parking privé de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très professionnel et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Très réactif et aux petits soins à tous moments de la journée. Nous nous sommes levés le matin assez tôt et ils nous ont préparé un ptit dej à emporter. La chambre est luxueuse!!! La salle de bain est luxueuse aussi de l'eau chaude à tous moments. Très bon rapport qualité/prix La situation géographique de l'hôtel est parfaite car elle se trouve à 10 min à pieds de l'entrée du site de Pétra. JE RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT
