*Avoid Petra Sky Hotel at All Costs!* Rating: 0/5 I recently had the misfortune of staying at Petra Sky Hotel, and it was a disastrous experience. The hotel's owner, Altwisi, exhibited cheating behavior and a rude attitude, making our stay unbearable. *Unacceptable Behavior:* - *Cheating Behavior*: Altwisi, the owner, tried to cheat us by charging us for services we didn't use. When confronted, he became aggressive and defensive. - *Rude Attitude*: Altwisi's attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He seemed to take pleasure in making our stay as uncomfortable as possible. *Poor Service and Facilities:* - *Dirty Rooms*: The rooms were filthy, with stained carpets, dirty sheets, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. - *Limited Amenities*: The hotel's amenities were scarce, with no fitness center, pool, or even a decent restaurant. - *Noise Pollution*: The hotel's location near a busy road meant that there was significant noise pollution, making it difficult to sleep. *Overall:* Petra Sky Hotel is a hotel that fails to deliver on even the most basic levels. The owner's cheating behavior and rude attitude make it a place to avoid at all costs. *Will I Return?* Absolutely not! I would not recommend Petra Sky Hotel to anyone, and I advise against supporting business.

Hotel is located about 15 minutes walk to Wadi Musa town and about 20 Nikita’s walk to Petra Visitor Centre. The rooms are clean, nice, spacious and new. Hotel staff were super helpful and polite in getting us information on how to travel and they can arrange taxis and tour guides for you. Meals were served on the top floor with a beautiful view.

The receptionist was very friendly. When we arrived late at evening, he offered us dinner. The beds were really comfy, as were the sheets and pillows. The room could be larger, but it was fine for us. The entire room was clean. Although the coffee was slightly burned, the breakfast was delicious. A very kind lady baked us fantastic omlets for breakfast. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Not very clean room. Dust and dirt everywhere. The walls are in bad condition. Stains at the wall and tables. Really thin walls. You can hear everything. Not power plugs for the lamps and also not light bulbs at the lamps. Not place were you would pay 50€ for night. Also when i came i haven't any toilet paper at the room, also next day they brought bath gel. I got the feeling that the room was not ready. Fridge and water kettle was great. Friendly staff. Also after leaving a review to booking they sent me a message to my own whats app that is not cool at all. All the Information is on the review.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel location is just a 20 min walk away from Petra Visitors Centre but very close to very good restaurants, shops and banks. The hosts were very nice and the breakfast was good. The room was a good size and very clean, with a great view of the Petra mountains.
