I stayed at this hotel as part of a tour with Exoticca and really wasn’t very impressed. On entering my room the curtains were closed and it was dark, meaning I didn’t see a little step inside the door. I tripped and went flying across the room. It’s really quite dangerous and it’s a wonder I didn’t hurt myself. I barely slept a wink as the pillows were so uncomfortable, even after a long and tiring day at Petra. On the first night we were informed that dinner would start at 7pm rather than 6.30pm as they had had a big party in for lunch. On going down at 7pm there was nothing out. We had to leave for Petra by night at 7.45pm which the staff were well aware of. By the time the food came out we only had 20 minutes to eat, baring in mind that some of us had not eaten since breakfast. The food was dreadful, it was just some dry chicken. The food at breakfast was not much better with very little to choose from. The staff were very nice though and it has a lovely view over Petra.

Rooms basic but clean Pillows too soft for my partner. Not much choice of food at both breakfast and dinner. What was there was average, perfectly edible but not the best. Service was ok, not great especially the restaurant staff who gave no customer interaction. Location good Overall an average hotel which served its purpose for a two night stay in Petra.

They all were very friendly, the rooms big, the stay absolutely fine. Booking did not show that the pool would not be available, so our kids were very disappointed. Ibrahim called other hotels right away and organised a pool-stay in another hotel. And he checked on my sick son. Definitely recommended.

Hotel supposedly newly renovated. Staff tries hard but seems to lack good training. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Location of hotel in middle of nowhere. Nothing around the hotel except for a Korean restaurant Shower leaks water all over bathroom. Maintenance couldn't help, except to mop up Buffet meals were repetitive and not good. Breakfast buffets seemed like it was the effort if a chef who don't give a hoot about serving food Physical tv with no channels to watch But it was comfortable sleep after long day at Petra

Great service in this hotel and friendly staff . The hotel has quite large rooms and good cleaning. And the staff was very welcoming and tried to accommodate every wish . And it has a good ched , he prepared a nice breakfast and gave us complimentary dinner. My family and were so enjoyed there . Also there is parking available all the times . Don't hesitate to visit it when you come to Petra 👍

What really stood out was the excellent service from the front desk, especially Jawad. He was warm, helpful, and always willing to assist. He kindly arranged a car to take us to the Petra Visitor Center in the morning, and also gave us very helpful suggestions on how to plan our visit to the ancient city, including which routes to take and how to make the most of our time. His advice made our day at Petra much smoother and more enjoyable.

Exceptional stay! this hotel is in the center of wadi musa and the perfect location to explore the town. Jawad welcomed us as soon as we walked through the door and was so friendly and helpful. He recommended many restaurants, helped us with laundry and was always available to answer and questions we had. he made our stay very memorable. If you’re visiting Petra, stay here!

Everything was perfect the room was clean , It's a Deluxe with a balcony with a beautiful view I could watch the sunset over the Petra Mountains from my Balcony , and the staff is Friendly. The breakfast was tasty I love it The Turkish bath was a great addition to my stay, All thanks and appreciation for Jawad. Thanks for everything,It was the best stay in the whole of Jordan.
