Studio 6 Waco, TX - Downtown - Baylor

The room was dirty, stunk… I smoke but the smell of cigarettes was sooo overpowering! I stayed here for a few months a year or more ago and it was a nice place I don’t know if management has changed but it’s gross now. There was roaches and the bathroom door on the inside was tore up as if someone had a dog locked in it. The lighting was also horrible and my neighbor was outside my room all night people hollering at 3:30 in the morning it’s ridiculous!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! The staff was great but the room was below par. The beds were amazing and slept great. The bathroom was dirty with paint in the tub and the shower head was pulled out from the wall making it unusable. It was filthy and the door looked like someone had put their fist through it and the bottom of it was rotted. Very disappointed in the overall property and would NOT RECOMMEND IT. The beds were the only good thing about it. They were very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was far below expectations. The room was not clean, and I found bugs both in the room and in the shower area. The shower was not functioning properly, and the coffee pot provided was also dirty. Additionally, the window in my room was cracked, and there was no secondary lock on the door, which made me feel very unsafe during my stay. I hope you will take these issues seriously and address them to ensure a better experience for future guests. I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to resolve this matter.

Will not be coming back. Rooms were dirty the ac had mold and the room stunk. Bathrooms smelled like urine. I do not recommend this pla

It was ok, just for one night.. but everything wasn’t very clean, looks like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned for a bit. The air fan in the bathroom was broken and the shower knobs worked opposite for the hot and cold water. The bedsheets felt very itchy.

overall my night was good. just needed a place to sleep as i was passing through.
