Next to the highway, it is very convenient to drive by yourself.
Rooms on the side of the highway have poor sound insulation. It is recommended that you ask not to be close to the highway when checking in. It is recommended to prepare earplugs in advance.

Good value, newer property, well appointed.
Only “average” rating because TV service was being repaired (fixed), and ice machine on Floor 2 was also out. Yet service, cleanliness & comfort, breakfast, etc. were all good.

The room was very nice and i did enjoy my stay, however, i did see a few small roaches coming out of the cabinet the fridge was in. I had my food sitting out and covered while i went downstairs and went to take another bite and there was a roach in it. That was unsettling for me that i couldn't eat food in my room.

We appreciate hooks to hang clothes and towels on. Hot breakfast is always nice. PThe room was quiet. Last place we stayed, our neighbors stayed up half the night, when we needed to sleep. So we really 1appreciated the quiet.and 8

Location was great in Waco. Room was spacious, modern and very clean. Great bed and pillows. Hyatt is consistently great!!

The quality of this hotel has taken a nosedive in the last several months. Rooms are not fully equipped with towels, for example. The staff informed me that there were NO washcloths in the entire hotel available. Also the heat was not functioning and this was during the cold weather period in Waco.

Bathroom sink was very slow draining. Informed the front desk staff in the morning. It was fixed by the time we returned in the afternoon. Prompt and courteous!!

Very nice & quiet. Our body wash in the shower was empty was our only complaint. Breakfast nice
