Next to the highway, it is very convenient to drive by yourself.
Rooms on the side of the highway have poor sound insulation. It is recommended that you ask not to be close to the highway when checking in. It is recommended to prepare earplugs in advance.

Was a little bit run down too for a remodel out of all the hotels we stayed at the last week which was a substantial amount. This is the only one that gouges you for parking

The property had potential, but we felt completely misled about the pool maintenance. We were told it would take just a couple of hours, but when we checked back, they had no idea how long it would actually be. On top of that, the fridge in our room was useless because it was iced over, leaving our food at risk. We tried to get ice from the ice machine, only to find it out of order. We checked the next two machines, and surprise, they were also broken! The only option we were given for ice was a gas station nearby. This is unacceptable for a place like this.

TV did not work. Asked for repair from check-in at approx 2:50 until leaving for an event at 4:20. Each time I called, 4 times, they were "looking" for person to come. Told front desk that if not repaired while I was out, that I would like a new room. Person acted as if he didn't know if repaired. When I checked, it was not. Then he said he has no other rooms, even though I talked with him earlier. Asked that TV be replaced-none available. Asked why they did not know this TV could not work

None of the 3 ice machines worked. Kid got locked inside the bathroom & no one showed up after calling. Lock was kinda tricky. Noisy neighbors are amplified. Checked out my first room, was told they would give me a bathtub in the next room when I checked back in (notated the account). Came back after running errands & was re checked back into a shower only room. Went to get it corrected & there were none available. The “restaurant” is not open, you find out when trying to place an order. Hotel is in a nice area & with the property is nice.

It is an ok hotel. We got conflicting amenities from family who stayed there as well. The breakfast is ok.
