Stunning location in the Tatra Mountains. Arrived in the middle of a snow storm - an easy 10 minute walk from the funicular tram station. Buffet meal service in the restaurant was first class. We also had the special Xmas dinner - a very high standard meal - the chef Lucas is fantastic and the staff were all efficient and helpful. Excellent traditional Slovak food. Premier rooms with lake view are clean and comfortable. Rooms are cleaned spotless every day. Wellness centre has plenty choice a great pool and relaxation areas. The surrounding countryside is amazing - we had deep snow for four days and the track around the lake was kept clear with a mini snow plough - romantic lights allow a nighttime walk. Fantastic place and highly recommended.

We arrived on February 27, 2023 and girl on the reception was very friendly and helped us with all our problems. We stayed in the apartment TYP C 8+0, wich was really very spacious even for 7 people, very good equipped but there was not a dishwasher in the kitchen :-) The view from our rooms and balcony was beautiful. Our apartment was on the third floor, but there is an elevator. Breakfast was good and fresh. The location was perfect, everything was very close. We can highly recomend APLEND Vila Beatrice.

We spent one night in this hotel en route to kosice. It’s very handy being located about 50 meters from the station. The hotel itself is nice and in good condition. We had a lovely room. Reception was a little odd as the lady was rather unfriendly however she had warmed up a little when we checked out. Breakfast was also odd, a large room laid out with all sorts of hot and cold food, however it was rather unsettling as we were the only ones there.

I cannot fault any part of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. We had two connecting rooms which was perfect for a family of 4. The rooms were spotless, luxurious and well maintained. When we arrived the rooms were quite stuffy, so we had the doors open for our stay. We had zero bug problems and the temperature was perfect. The food was outstanding through our stay. The breakfast buffet was great with a big selection. Dinner was very glamorous with the setting feeling very old school - in a good way. Good quality and fresh ingredients made for well presented and delicious meals. The spa and pool area was very impressive with beautiful views of the lake from the jacuzzi. The location of the hotel is also worth noting - great for lake walks, not far from the sports complexes and hikes up the road and not too long a drive to Lomnicky peak. Perfect for us and all our trips. Whilst you do get what you might expect from this luxury brand, what makes this hotel stand out, is undoubtedly the staff. Simon, the concierge is truly brilliant and could not have been more helpful. Staff at breakfast and dinner (special note to Mariana and Viktoria) were helpful, knowledgable and friendly. For anyone with children, this hotel is a must. Little touches of robes, toys and a playroom on the first floor, alongside the most friendly staff who poured kids champagne at dinner like it was the most important of the day, truly made this unforgettable for my children. Would I recommend this hotel - absolutely! Will I coming back? Guaranteed.

袁袁Hotel location is very good, near the train station, there are many restaurants around, there are also sports stores. The hotel's dining environment is very good, the breakfast is very rich, and you can go skiing if you are full. Specially recommended for dinner at the hotel, it is very authentic, that is, the price is a little expensive compared to local consumption. Because it is newly renovated, the room layout is relatively modern and suitable for us. The outdoor open-air hot springs are very good, and the sun is just shining during the day, which is very comfortable with the surrounding white snow. The only regret is that the hotel only sends two bottles of mineral water on the day of check-in. It is perfect if delivered every day.

After a fine breakfast, I went to learn to ride on Yakubkov Luka, the reception arranged a rental and an instructor with a good discount. Greenwood itself is an excellent combination of historical architecture with fresh modern repair inside.
