Popular Vyborg 4-star Hotels

I called the hotel in advance to see if there were any preferences for the holidaymaker (I had to go to the hotel on my birthday, the anniversary). I was told the holidaymaker would be waiting in the room for a bottle of champagne and candy. When my husband and I arrived at the hotel, I wondered if there would be champagne, and in response I heard, ”Yes, of course, now there will be champagne and candy in your room.” Nothing was delivered. The next day I asked again and again received the same answer ”Yes, now we will do everything.” And again nothing. Communicating with ”love” manager girls no longer wanted, the mood was spoiled. On my birthday at dinner at the restaurant ”Sweet” I was congratulated on a magnificent dessert, it was very pleasant; but did the hotel regret a bottle of champagne at such crazy prices? More about the accommodation service: in the comments on booking the room and in a telephone conversation I asked to give me a room with a view On the water - it was not done, although promised. In fact, they replied that such rooms were not left - then why promise? Customer orientation of managers on reception (or their leadership?) - 0 (zero). About the hotel itself: Location - 5; both restaurants - 5; cleanliness - 5; elevator - 5; rooms are very close - 3, in our two-bedroom room there is no place to put the second open suitcase except on the pass; only one pillow; only one pillow; no chair; It is impossible to drink tea/coffee at the table - to sit on nothing and not for what; the room itself, mattresses - ”tired”; the – 4 (no shelves over the shelves). In a word, the hotel prices are very overstated (7500 rubles per night for two in three weeks), and the attitude towards the guests leaves the best. On my next visit to the wonderful Vyborg I will try to find a hotel with a more pleasant treatment. There was an unpleasant rainfall.
