This place is heaven on earth! It should definitely be a 5 stars hotel! The service is amazing and the whole place pristine. The sound of the waterfalls is so relaxing and so green! I hope to be back someday! They also offer a free shuttle to take you around places and the breakfast s quality was the best! Thank you!

Excellent family hotel. Very atmospheric. It is located a little away from the beach, if you are interested in it. But you will be offered free delivery to any place in the city during daylight hours. Very nice and friendly staff. The owner of the hotel Jay Elliott is a wonderful and sincere person. Not only did he call and ask what else to offer us, but he also arranged an excellent dinner (7 courses!!) for all the guests in honor of the beginning of the celebration of the Vietnamese New Year. Which he attended himself and paid attention to all the guests. For which he deserves special, heartfelt thanks! I highly recommend it.

The facilities are very old. The windows in the room cannot be locked and the door cannot be locked. The bathtub in the toilet has not been cleaned and there is toilet paper. This was our third stay at this amazing resort, and it will definitely not be the last. We had the Garden Suite, with a large spacious room, very comfortable bed, great kitchen and bathroom. The outside spa is a major plus and we spent a lot time there. The spa is private with an excellent view over the town and night lights. There is also a really good, and generous breakfast selection. The free shuttle was also really convenient for dinners out. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They have the biggest and best smiles. Thank you so much...
