The hotel and amenities are very nice but for a Hotel rated as a 5 Star the service is terrible. Otherwise, breakfast buffet, decor and rooms are superb. Need to focus more on SERVICE for the Guests

Air-conditioned maximum can cool 28-degree room so hot, Can't bring any kind of food to your room even snacks ,right now so nosies because contruction going on across hotel

Excellent location. Beach club is opposite the road. Hotel room was good and comfortable. Going for the European class look. Breakfast was very decent with a good mix of various cuisine.
