The apartments do not match the photos! The apartment has nothing in common with the picture on the website! In addition, the apartment is in terrible condition, it has not been renovated for a long time, the sofa is burnt, there are stains on the walls, rust in the bathroom, the washing machine is on the balcony! The cleaning was not done well, the bed linen is dirty, and they did not even drain the dirty water in the washing machine! At the same time, the property manager claims that they comply with all agreements. According to them, the photos do not have to match reality, it is enough that the type of apartment corresponds. They said that if it does not suit you, then I can cancel the reservation on the website (although in this case the site does not return the money). There are many other managers in this building who will provide the apartment you paid for.
