Green LP Hotel & Apartment

The hotel was nice and close to all amenities But there was vacant land behind the hotel with many noisy roosters and chickens and dogs waking up 4 to 5am every day rooms are not sound proof

Beautiful lobby but the room amenities needs care. The shampoo container is broken. AC was not turned on yet foul air escape from ventilation system to room. The TV has an awful blue light that bothers your sleep. The smoke alarm started flashing at 3am in morning. The lightning is poor and the light controls are poorly placed. One door can be opened while the other door is locked. Standing room on balcony only. I try to get fresh air at 3am but the door is licked and the person at front desk was sleeping and snoring.

Overall Experience My stay at the hotel was generally good and well-balanced for the price I paid. However, there were a few issues that left me disappointed. Staff Communication The hotel staff has very limited English proficiency. In fact, some of them relied on translation apps to communicate with guests. While I understand language barriers can exist, I believe learning basic English phrases and vocabulary should be a minimum standard for a hotel aiming to cater to international guests. Additional Blanket Request On my first day, I requested an extra blanket for my room, and it was provided without issue. However, when I wasn't feeling well later during my stay and struggled to control the room temperature with the air conditioning, I asked for a second blanket. The receptionist couldn’t clearly explain why I was required to pay for an additional blanket. The translation app they used stated, “We already gave you one blanket; for the next one, you must pay.” When I asked why there was a charge, the staff member couldn’t provide a clear answer. I also couldn’t get clarification on whether this charge was for purchasing the blanket or a refundable deposit. Ultimately, I left without a second blanket, as no resolution or proper explanation was given.

A fantastic new hotel with access to lots of amenities, Vietnamese and Western, on the main road behind the seafront. The staff are fantastic, they are still new and learning about western culture but so keen to learn and find out what we want/ need. Everything is so spotlessly clean everywhere. Our room is cleaned and towels are changed daily. The pool is small but perfect for a dip to cool off in the afternoon with an amazing waterfall. We are only in our 4th day of 10, normally wouldn't review until the end but think it's highly deserved. There were only 3 reviews when we booked, so we took a chance. A fantastic decision, unique staff and owners, you won't be disappointed. I hope there's room here when we come back!!!
