Location is very good. One point I don’t like is too crowd when you want to take lift. Too many tourists stay in this building

Great location, close to the beach and cafes and shops. The apartment is located on the 24th floor and during check-in and check-out, guests have to wait a very long time for the elevator. Noise insulation is poor, this was especially noticeable on weekends.
