All the staff were so lovely and helpful. We mistakenly went to the Wind Resort up the hill and they first offered us to change the booking then drove us down to Wind Hotel. I felt under the weather so I had to cancel my spa treatment and the receptionist offered to bring me ginger tea to help! So kind! The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. The swimming pool is relaxing.

Nice hotel: the staff is very polite and ready to help, the room has everything, cleanliness is up to standard, swimming pool and sauna, fish in the pond, good coffee, the location itself is on the mountain, but it's a 10-minute walk to the activity areas, overall everything is good!

A very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are courteous and enthusiastic. The SPA is half price for guests. The technique is very good. It also provides a shuttle service. The proprietress drove me directly to the bus station to start the next journey.
