I usually don't pay attention to the condition of the living space, cleanliness and the human factor. I try not to write bad reviews, because I respect people who have done at least something for me, but in this case I will have to unconditionally.
The main thing: the washing machine in the apartment turned out to be non-working, the owner offered to take the clothes for washing. I agreed, but I was anxious. And for good reason. Despite the fact that the owner was aware of our departure time, I had to fight to get my things back. This whole bacchanalia began 2 hours before check-out: her phone was unavailable, she did not respond to messages in the messenger, no one at the reception knew the owner and it was also unclear how to find her. As a result, the things were brought to the room 15 minutes before the taxi, which entailed a chaotic packing of bags. Moreover, the things were damp and smelled of dampness. The final blow was that they managed to lose my sweatshirt during the washing process. Naturally, there was no time to figure out where my clothes were. When asked about where and what happened to my Tolstoyan, the landlady turned on the "fool". Totally fucked up.
Everyone will draw their own conclusion, but personally, I will not contact this landlady again.
P.S. For those who care: the apartment is dirty, the kitchen is dirty, there is a dead cockroach in the cutlery drawer, the TV is covered in fingerprints, the balcony railings are covered in a month-old layer of dust.
P.S. The residential complex is comfortable, except for the small number of elevators (you will need to wait a long time). There is an excellent swimming pool on the roof of the building.
