A mid-range hotel with an exceptional staff. breakfast is normal, and the best are the passion fruit jams and whipped cheese as well as sourdough bread. They cook eggs to order and really make it a great experience. In the room the pillows did not smell good. And they changed them immediately. The room was very clean. Pas beaucoup de propositions, beaucoup d’attente pour passer la commande. Apres la commande, il faut attendre énormément de temps et puis parfois même ils oublient des plats. Le restaurant n’est pas très beau et les toilettes ne sont pas très propre

Hôtel très pratique une 1 ou 2 nuis d'étapes pour y faire la randonnée du cratère magnifique puisque que vraiment le reste de l'ile est à fuir ..aucun intérêt avec la masse de touristes...et plages bondées.. Très bien placé sur le port, chambre très propres, récemment rénovées, pratiques. Nous avons regretté un tes mauvais accueil à la réception d'une dame , il n'y avait personne à l'accueil quand nous sommes arrivés, alors que nous avions prévenus de notre heure d'arrivée (male chance car une autre dame qui parle Français elle très agréable). C'est un peu la bataille pour le petit déjeuner le matin qui est servi au seul bar du port en bas de l'hôtel. N'y attendez aucun charme particulier...mais efficace!

Abbiamo soggiornato di recente cinque notti in questa struttura a due passi dal porticciolo di Vulcano. L'albergo è semplice e di atmosfera familiare ma è dotato di tutti i comfort. Soprattutto un wifi velocissimo dappertutto. La struttura è ben tenuta e la camera, finestrata, aveva anche il bagno dotato di finestra. A fianco dell'albergo c'è un bar che porta lo stesso nome dove i clienti possono fare colazione, compresa nel prezzo della stanza. Cordiale e attento è il servizio. Il prezzo, adesso che è ancora bassa stagione, è ottimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato le prime 2 settimanale di ottobre , in coppia , per vacanze. Camera all’ultimo piano su meraviglia terrazza panoramica . Posizione strategica sul porto, ottima per qualsiasi spostamento. Tutto con Booking , rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo . Immagino cambii molto in stagione , ma per noi posto tranquillo e silenzioso . Camere con essenziale ma pulite, tv satellite e frigo ( molto importante). Per noi ottima esperienza , sicuramente da consigliare . Se torneremo a Vulcano , torneremo di sic qui!

Un hotel senza pretese. Tuttavia molto comodo da raggiungere appena scesi dall'aliscafo. Pulito. Ampio terrazzo con vista sul porto. Cortesia da parte del personale. Colazione adeguata al tipo di hotel.
