The location of the hotel between the beach with the "volcanic spring" and the black beach is just unbeatable. Furthermor, you'll find many restaurants and shops within walking distance and there is free parking. The highlights of Eros is the lovely decoration throughout the property, the friendly staff, the beautiful pool and the fresh and healthy food for breakfast and lunch.

This is a cozy hotel located near two nice beaches and close to many good restaurants. Every member of the staff is super friendly and doing their best to make your stay memorable. They will help you with boat trips, rentals etc. and give good recommendations on where to eat. Breakfast is for Italian standards good with both sweet and savoury items and drinks and snacks at the pool/bar are reasonably priced. The garden and pool are very well kept. A daily bottle of drinking water in the room would be a nice gesture for the guests.

The service and food was excellent. Our waiter Anil Kumar was very kind and helpful. I loved everything we ordered especially the mushroom bao and crispy mushrooms.. We highly recommend this place! :)

We just returned from a week in hotel Eros on the island of Vulcano. We treated ourselves to a deluxe room with sea view. The room was clean with a nice bathroom and a lovely terrace with very comfy chairs looking out over the sea, beautiful gardens and the vulcan, magical! In the large garden were sun loungers for the guests and the garden has direct access to the sea (acque calde beach where the water is a lovely warm temperature). The breakfast was exceptional with lots of fresh fruits, tomatoes, olives, capers, cheeses, ham, salami, eggs, juices, lovely bread and an amazing range of delicious fresh cakes. The coffees were also of a very high quality. There is also a very nice, clean swimming pool. The service was amazing, everybody was so helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel and will be back!

Vulcano doesn't quite get the high praise of it's Aeolian sisters, and that is a real shame. There is much more to this island than volcanic history and the best hotel on Vulcano is the Eros Hotel. Lorena, and her team, (Hi J), are really lovely to stay with and are really great as a local resource to travelers like ourselves who were visiting these islands for the first time. Everything was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. If you are going to the Aeolian islands make sure to visit Vulcano and stay here, we found it to be truly lovely.

Good break fast . Nice tea. Enuf variety to cater to all Tastes. Thanks Mr sumit fo the tasty good. Breakfast near garden and swimming pool was good experience. Location is also very convenient. Very polite friendly and courteous staff. Clean room. Very much recommended .

Im staying with Eros hotel New Delhi where I found a very spread buffet at the time of breakfast and also the staffs were very friendly and quick also I would like to mention chef sumit for the delicious food thanks
