Albergo nuovo e ben curato , ubicato vicino alla spiaggia e al centro . Personale accogliente , camera spaziosa e pulita . Ci siamo trovati molto bene e torneremo il prossimo anno . Consigliato anche il ristorante limitrofo della stessa proprietà .

English: The first negative note was on arrival, the hotel was completely deserted, we spent 20 minutes at the reception waiting for an answer on the phone. Luckily we met a guest who advised us that check-in had to be done in the resort opposite. After dropping off our bags we were informed that the room would be ready by 3pm, in reality they delivered it at 5:30pm. Our reservation was for a suite instead they gave us a simple quadruple, with paint still around, taken out, without soap and full of dust. At the reception we were not given any explanation rather they insisted that it was the suite. Since we were only staying one night and had nowhere to go we stayed. Since this hotel is still a construction site, even the restaurant and the swimming pool are used those of the resort opposite. During breakfast there were not even clean cups for coffee and only one waiter who could not manage all the guests. A real shame because the hotel is in an excellent location, close to the port and the black sands

Good hotel where we stayed during our holiday in the Aeolian Islands. Beautiful rooms and great availability from the staff, especially considering that they had opened the structure a few days before. Excellent breakfast. Splendid garden and well-kept pool where you can also swim despite the fairly small size. Compliments to the Garden and I hope they reopen the restaurant service.

I had decided to spend a few days in Vulcano with my boyfriend and my dog. I started looking for a pet friendly hotel and I found this place. Too bad the advertising doesn't fully reflect reality! They call themselves pet friendly but they are not at all, they accept dogs of 4/5kg maximum. For goodness sake, everyone does what they want at home, but at least be honest!!

Accoglienza super grazie al bel sorriso e all'estrema cordialità di Giulia ! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , struttura originale, ubicazione eccezionale per spiaggia e centro paese tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Le stanze pulite e molto comode .Il servizio barman moto buono nella persona di Andrea che con la sua gentilezza e professionalità ci ha servito degli ottimi aperitivi. Un ringraziamento a Michele per la disponibilità nel trasporto. Unica nota dolente il servizio del personale a colazione, poco attento e superficiale, sicuramente migliorabile. Nell'insieme abbiamo trascorso una piacevole e indimenticabile vacanza.

Hotel Garden: una meravigliosa sorpresa!! Albergo molto bello, molto pulito. Il personale (tutto) fantastico. Sempre sorridenti, disponibili, garbati, attenti. Hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta, facendoci sentire a casa. La piscina sempre pulita, acqua sempre fresca, praticamente ad uso esclusivo. Michele sempre presente e cordiale, Andrea al bar un angelo, le receptionist dolcissime. Colazione buonissima. Crostate top. Siamo stati benissimo!! Spero davvero che riescano ad organizzare un lunch, anche leggero. Perché, dopo il mare ed un bel bagno in piscina, un pranzo leggero al volo sarebbe fantastico. Torneremo senz’altro.
