The house cost 70,000 rubles per day, it was initially agreed that the house was designed for 15 people, but there were not enough sleeping places, because of which two people were forced to go home at night, and two more people somehow settled in the living room on a non-folding sofa, super) The font was heated for 6 hours with damp firewood. If it weren't for the cardboard boxes that we had on hand, we would not have seen the font. By the way, there was no burner either, and if the company had not had a lighter, we could have forgotten about the font. And now the coolest part: 20 minutes before departure, when you are still getting ready, a residence employee will come to your house and silently start walking around the house in front of you to check, it's a fiasco, you are sitting in the kitchen with friends, and then some strange girl bursts in and starts stupidly walking around the house, and when you ask to wait for our departure and then deal with these issues, they send you away, citing the fact that it is their responsibility to check the house in front of guests half an hour before departure (what?). Then they told us that the deposit will be returned to us from 4 to 8 pm of the same day, but damn, it turns out that a dirty towel is not included in the rent of the house, as well as a dirty sheet, and also 1 broken glass. They sent us photos of stains on a towel that fell on the floor, this is absurd, for that kind of money we would like to feel a slightly different attitude towards ourselves. Apparently, according to the management, people should scrub the house before leaving, as well as wash the bed linen and towels. In general, for this money you can find another place, more customer-oriented. And also a very bad approach, be prepared to jump on bumps and holes, driving like on a minefield. Unreasonably expensive place, we will not return here again

Отличное место чтобы собраться большой компанией с друзьями. Современные дома со всем необходимым внутри. Про сауну так вообще молчу - просто находка! 5 спален, очень вместительная кухня гостиная с просто огромным диваном! На террасе отдельная мангальная зона, что бы сделать барбекю и конечно же есть купель, где можно либо остыть после сауны либо наоборот расслабиться в теплой воде. Очень близко от города, в 10 минутах езды от Всеволожска. Приятно и по-домашнему. Бонусом - живописные виды нашей природы Ленинградской области по пути в коттедж, ну и конечно же свежий воздух и природа!
