I stayed at Kadamb Resort Spiritual Stay in Vrindavan and was disappointed with the cleanliness and service. The blanket provided was extremely dirty, and even after informing the staff 2-3 times, it took 2-3 hours to get a replacement, which was also dirty. The air conditioning (AC) was not working properly, adding to the discomfort. Such issues are unacceptable, especially at a place that promotes itself as a spiritual and serene retreat. While the location might be good, the poor maintenance and service were a letdown.

We stayed at Kadamb Resort recently to celebrate our marriage anniversary, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences we've had. The photos shared on the booking portal were highly misleading and clearly edited to make the place appear far more luxurious than it actually is. In reality, the so-called "resort" is just a converted high-rise apartment building, not a proper hotel. The swimming pool looked inviting in the pictures, but in reality, it’s surrounded by neighboring residential buildings, offering no privacy at all. The indoor games shown in the listing were completely non-functional and seemed to be abandoned or in scrap condition. The overall feel of the place was nothing like a hotel or resort—it felt more like staying in a regular 1BHK flat. It lacked the comfort, ambiance, and service expected from a place marketed as a resort. This was especially disappointing given that we booked it for a special occasion. I would strongly urge the management to represent the property honestly online, and I advise other travelers to research thoroughly before booking.

no parking !! hotel staff is not at all interested in, how u r going to reach the hotel wen u r driving ur own vehicle, bcs vrindavan has lots of barricading / no entries everywhere. whereas other hotels nearby are very concerned with how you can reach them, they guide u or even send a staff to accompany u to hotel. management shud teach their front desk staff / tele staff to talk properly and guide guest in a proper manner. "park your car in some parking" very far off from this hotel, somewhere near highway and get to the hotel with ur lagguages and family in an auto or battery is most ******* advice given by this hotels management. will never stay again

kadamb resort ek bohat hi acha resort hai, yaha par kaam karne wala staff bohat hi helpful and supportive hai, rakesh ji jinme sabse ache or imaandar insaan hai, aaj kadam resort itna aage bhad raha hai vo sab rakesh ji ki wajah se hai, mera sujhaav ye hai ki inko jald se jald kadamb resort ka manager bana diya jaye, rakesh ji jaise insaan kab tak helper bane rahenge, manager ban ne k baad inke hath or bhi lambe honge, or kadamb resort me puri imandari h sath kaam karte rahenge or kadam resort ko ek din 5-star hotel se bhi upper le jayenge, or kadamb resort k har ek insaan ko rakesh ji ki tarah imaandar hona chahiye

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. Upon arrival, the check-in process was chaotic and unorganized, with staff seeming overwhelmed and uninterested in helping. My room was not only outdated but also poorly cleaned—there were stains on the bedding and a lingering musty smell. The amenities advertised were misleading. The pool was closed for maintenance, and the Wi-Fi was spotty at best. The noise from the street was unbearable at night, making it hard to sleep. To top it off, the customer service was lacking. When I raised my concerns, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. There are definitely better options in the area.

I had a highly disappointing stay at Kadamb Resort, Vrindavan. Not only was the service poor, but I also experienced theft during my stay. To make matters worse, one of the staff members, Rakesh, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I reported the theft to the management, they didn’t take it seriously, and no action was taken. The misbehavior from Rakesh and the lack of help from the resort’s staff made the entire experience stressful and unsafe. I would strongly advise against staying here if you care about security and respectful service. - *Akanksha*

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. During my stay, Rakesh, one of the staff members, stole my wallet while I was out exploring the area. It’s shocking that a hotel would allow such dishonesty among its employees. I reported the incident, but the management didn’t take it seriously. If you value your belongings and want a safe environment, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It’s disappointing to think that I could trust a staff member only to have my belongings stolen right under my nose.

Kadamb Resort is very nice property in the Vrindavan for stay & wedding purpose , nearest to Prem temple & iskcon temple . In their side heaving a swimming pool , spa and Barista Coffee cafe at ground floor , restaurant at 12 th floor , food quality is awesome, Room is proper clean . All staff behaviour is good .
