The property is excellent and well maintained. It is most important to mention that Mr.Kamal, Manger was exemplary humble and his services outstanding. The entire staff including Dinesh Shukla, Restaurant Manager & Umesh made my visit memorable. We really enjoyed the stay.

Had the best time in Vrindavan because of the wonderful staff of best western hotel.Mr.Umesh Singh had provided us with the best service.kudos to the entire staff! Our trip was very amazing Rooms are also neat and clean and hygiene maintain and morning Breakfast was amazing..........and dinner buffet was also good our server. NARAYAN DAS. Was amazing guy he suggested us our best choice and give us a friendly environment a big thanks to NARAYAN DAS.........

Hotels is fantastic specially courteous staff who not let any stone unturn to satisfy customer requirement… specially Mr dinesh in resturant who took special care to every guest he meet… rooms are clean, prompt room service and housekeeping is extraordinary… rooms were above expectation

It was a nice service overall.the bed was quite comfortable and pillow were soft and I slept a peaceful sleep.we all had a great time,the room was a quite spacious.cleaniness and hygiene is point to point .I really enjoy that time .it was a great fun .
