Good rooms and clean bathroom staff was also helpful and parking was also good but the Restaurant food was bad and it feels like the food was kept in freezer for weeks

Excellent experience, room was clean and well maintained, staff was super helpful and quick to respond to any query, and food was awesome. Location is very good and e rickshaw available from gate for all major spots. Parking space is good.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Basera Brij Bhoomi, which i found through MakeMy Trip. The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly and professional. My room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and a large window. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to key attractions and easy to navigate. Overall, the excellent service and amenities made for a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Positive - Location is good. Smooth parking available. Restaurant food is good though over priced. Negative- Before reaching hotel i was trying to reach the hotel . No one picking up the call, called on multiple no. After 25 calls lady pickup and say call me after 2 minutes and then no one pickup again. So no clue . Bathroom drain is blocked , property need maintenence it seems to be old . Bathroom mats are very dirty as if never washed

Old building, mattress are not comfortable, the room is small. Not a comfortable stay for family.
