Hotel Basera Brij Bhoomi Vrindavan

Location is good, but bedding is hard service was slow, make shift hotel in one room the set top box was removed, worst was rusted sanitary. Seemed high prices with the facilities given.

the room was dirty, have to ask housekeeping staff to clean the dustbin with unhygienic cutlery provided for room service. although i requested a room conveniently located for a senior citizen, i was given one at the end of the corridor with a housekeeping cart left outside. in the morning, we handed the keys to reception for cleaning, but upon our return, we were told we’d have to wait 30 minutes in another room, which was also dirty and had just been vacated by another guest. when we raised this issue with reception, they seemed unaware of the situation. upon requesting the complaint book, we were handed a register, which didn’t seem to be the official complaint book. this hotel doesn’t even meet one-star standards, and i saw multiple guests requesting room changes due to uncleanliness and broken facilities. not recommended at all—it’s a complete waste of money..

I travel-led with my family, hotel basera brij bhoomi was very, very comfortable and budget friendly. Rooms were very neat and clean. Hygiene was maintained at its best. Staff was also very helpful. Overall, i enjoyed my stay and i would recommend to everybody.

Hotel is located near to banke bihari temple. Facilities amenities are there in the hotel but they are to be managed supervised properly by the responsible person. For example tea material was served in the room only after inquiring. In the bathroom, water leakage is also there.

Location of hotel was excellent. Staff was good and supportive. Neat and clean room. Overall experience was excellent.
