Food was on point 👏 top notch service by Hira lal ji and sahab singh ji.. prompt service and quality food highly recommend, hira- laal ji were very proactive, the ambience and the food was delicious. People there were very polite and they greeted us with radhe radhe.

Very nice hospitality and staff is very nice Sonu chaudhary and ankit Dixit is good service and all staff is very good and Hare Krishna orchid is the very nice property in Vrindavan and the all staff is good and good food of the restaurant and service is very good

We visited this hotel on 14th January to 16th January 2025. Overall experience was very good in the hotel. The food was very tasty and service was awesome. We met with Mr. Sahib Singhji in the hotel who is having a very lovely nature, very supportive and humble. We appreciate his services very much as he was always there to help and serve us. We wish him every success in life .

Awesome The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When I enter reception area. The. Reception staff is working like robert,no greetings,no smile i book Deluxe room and they allot room on ground floor location is good but room is very dirty and washroom is very shabby. After that I request kindly allot room on higher floor then they shift me on second floor. but that is not looking like hotel room it's looking like sameone house to there is kitchen part also but unfortunately kitchen is not functional 😕. second thing The wether if vrindavan is very frizzy so I requested for extra blanket and he replied,(hum nhi dete h aap dekh lo) after i called to reception and request for heater. Hopefully I received heater but the gentleman who came with heater he suddenly enter in room and put the heater in kitchen area when I ask for keep in behind the bedroom they replied,Bhai ye toh ahi lagega agr aap ander lagate ho toh light chal jayegi, it's very funny. I order some food from room service and they serve food in old or dirty platter. This is not five star hotel.plz book somewhere in this budget.

I visited this place with my family in the month of January. We had a comfortable stay. Clean rooms and bathroom. Excellent food and great hospitality all the staff especially Hira Lal, Adesh and Sahab Singh from F n B -E block are good. 5 Stars👍

Food was Amazing and delicious, I punjabi did not feel at all that food was without onion and garlic. Must order Boondi Raita and All dals are very good, if you’re staying at Hare Krishna Orchid then you must come to basement and Have food at the restaurant Gopala and last but not the least Naval Kishore served us and he mainatned a very warm and welcomg behaviour made sure all our food was warm and took care of things quick, Must try Kudos to Naval and his team.
