The TV was not working in the room. Contacted reception, they neither resolved it nor changed the room. Water was also not hot in washroom.

We had booked an executive room in which we can stay with two kids and there is very less space here. We cannot stay with two kids and moreover we don't want to have breakfast in the morning so we wanted to adjust that. For the next day, he also said that this is not covered under our policy. We cannot adjust breakfast amount in next day booking. No hand towel

The check inn time waste 1 pm but i reached at 5:15 pm even though they said room is cleaning and we waited for an hour after that room was ready the washroom was smelling very bad and it's seems the room is not cleaned properly. The tv recharge and was not working. I complaint about this to hostel manager but he said he will look but nothing happened. I don't have image now

The hotel is located in the centre of vrindavan. It has ample parking and very approachable. The staff was quite helpful. We got kullad tea on our arrival. The hotel has a huge garden and play area for kids. They were the reason for our amazing trip to Vrindavan.
