It was terrible exprience as no facilites and basic hygine was maintained. None of the hotel staff listened to us and corporate. For entire 4 days of my stay i had to fight for basis things like water and washroom cleaning. No internet and phone lines werr working, we got stuck with the communications on our phones. Daily cleaning was not upto the mark, they just cleaned the room for the sake of cleaning, dustbins were not get cleared, under the chair and table, leftover was not cleaned.

Location is very good but hotel is not upto mark we request them wifi and network not working but they didn't bother when we check in kettle, towel, mat glass nothing in the room we have to ring for everything

The rooms were not clean. Service is not quick. Needs a lot of follow-up. Had to change rooms from 5th to 6th floor which were little better. The restaurant opens at only at 8 am. No coffee or tea till then.

Whenever i visited vrindavan i used to stay at this hotel. But this time i was not satisfied. As a mosquito and the food served was like soup is very cold. I hope they will do some action for the same. Else rest all things ok, staff was good and helpful.
