A well appointed hotel. Our 2 night stay was mostly pleasant needed to change room due to wedding at the hotel premise. The noise and sound was unbearable in the room facing wedding event. The room was well appointed and clean. The staff (Pralay) ensured the housekeeping at its possible best. The restaurant staff needs hygiene training, openly sneezing in the dining area, not covering or washing hands.

Great service especially at check-in and check-out by Farhana. Nehal was really helpful with the details we asked about the city, local food and temples. Ankit in the Divine Dine restaurant went out of the way to arrange a celebration cake for us and even arranged quick celebrations with his teammates at the restaurant during dinner for us. Mithun served us so well during the dinner. He was very proactive and took care of all the customisations we asked for. Nitin during breakfast even arranged for soya milk as we asked for non-dairy coffee options. Dheeraj served us the breakfast so well, he ensured all items were delivered hot and fresh prepared directly from the kitchen. Jagveer took care of all the orders and customisations we placed for live counter. Chef Raju and his team prepared sumptuous food, do try their gobhi paranthas and coconut chutney if in the town. Overall great experience and amazing hospitality by the whole team at Radisson!
