Rooms were clean and overall ambience was good however room service was poor. You have to remind them same thing again and again then only you will get the expected service. Food quality was average. Tandoori roti was too hard. I tried twice, one time plain roti and second time butter roti but no joy at all. Both of the times i had to chew the bread so hard.

It was amazing stay in Nidhivan sarovar portico, I had stayed for one week with my 4 years old twins. Before finalized my accommodation, i was worry about food for twins but i must say that twins had enjoyed food without any health issues and that is main concern for any family with kids during tour. Staff of restaurant were really too humble with smiling faces always and reception staff of every shift welcomed with nice gesture. In short, some things are very little for giving happiness to others but it must be with your work , and it was proved by each and every staff of Nidhivan sarovar portico hotel.
