酒店服務人員態度不好，定了4個人2間房，酒店説衹收到3個人2間房的訂單，所以被多收了60歐費用，如果不仔細看明細是不會發現的，後來攜程承擔了費用，並且房間設施陳舊，隔音不好，第一天入住一晚上沒睡，樓上走路，挪椅子的聲音不斷，隔壁説話都能聽到聲音，特別吵，也就國內3星酒店的感覺。
