Marpunta Resort, Santikos Collection

Nice location 15 mins or so away from the main town. All inclusive buffet was decent and the pool is nice. We stayed for three nights which felt about long enough. Overall an enjoyable stay

We have stayed at the Marpunta before although there were a few changes with a new manager. We had room 710 which had a great view, and large bathroom, although the bedroom was on the smaller side but we didn't really spend much time in it. The food yet again really was amazing i can't fault it its more 5 than 4 star. A particular mention to Thani on desserts she was always so happy and positive she made our evenings. The waitresses this year were really efficient and you never had to wait for a table, i was really impressed and the system worked much better than last year. A particular mention to Jasmine who was always working so hard. The beaches are amazing as well as the pool which we never used as the beach is so unspoilt. Don't want to write any thing negative but i think its helpful to mention the 'special' meal offered to guests once a visit, you have to book well in advance we didn't and the manager very kindly squeezed us in. Unfortunately it really was a disappointment the food in the main restaurant is definitely of a higher standard. The special meals starters are ok but the main and pudding are very low standard. We paid for a bottle of wine which was 29 euros and not that good, i'm not sure if you get drinks on all inclusive there? The view by the ocean did almost make up for it though! The soft entertainment every night at 9.30pm needs alot of tweaking, the rotation of bingo, movie quiz (mostly same questions) or karaoke was very lazy. There are so many fantastic things to do on the island. The two i would recommend is the Wonderworker boat trip you will not be disappointed it was so amazing we did it twice, book ahead it sells out quickly! Also The Amani spa which has amazing massages and you can spend the day there enjoying the view food and drink. Thankyou again for a great stay on an amazing island.

We had the most incredible stay at the Marpunta Resort! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like royalty. The check-in process was seamless, with Mrs. Nazarenko going above & beyond with the personal tour, tips & continous availability at all times! The room itself was immaculate, with luxurious furnishings, a king-size bed & a breathtaking ocean view. The hotel’s amenities are second to none. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, with fresh fruits & local delicacies. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a top-tier & exclusive experience. Already planning my next stay! (Special thanks to the new General Manager who's on top of everything)
