The host was very helpful and tried to answer any of my questions as much as possible
Price was a bit high but may be the norm in norway
Hotel facilities are a bit old but they carry an authentic taste, didn't dislike it and I took some photos
Pretty warm and cozy in the corridors when the outside is around 0-5 degrees
First stop driving from Bergen, giving me a great first impression of Norway

Good location next to the train station.
There is a scafolding outside window during my stay and people are working during day time.
Not a good experience.

The old hotel was built in 1864. At the beginning of the last century, it hosted many Nordic royal families and British kings. It has a very historical feel. The location is invincible, the open C seat by the lake, sitting in the coffee seat on the second floor, with the view of the lake and mountains, you can enjoy doing nothing.
