Шикарная гостиница! Большой, современный номер из двух комнат, все новое, удобное, чистое! Есть банные принадлежности, тапки. Очень вежливый персонал. Завтраки супер- большой выбор блюд, хороший кофе! Есть своя парковка. Нам очень понравилось, если ещё приедем- то остановимся только там!

Очень понравилось, брали два номера. Четверо взрослых и трое детей. Номера чистые, просторные. В каждом номере кухни.В семейном номере есть плита и стиральная машина. В каждом номере двуспальные кровати и раскладные диваны. Номер полностью укомплектован тапочки, мыльные принадлежности, комплект полотенец на каждого. Очень вкусные завтраки. Взрослые и дети остались очень довольны.

Отвратительный администратор! Девушка грозилась вызвать полицию. Мы пришли в гости к друзьям на ужин. Это же отель. Готовы были заплатить, если нужно вдруг! По причине, что не успели уйти до 23.00. Администратор позвонила и стала угрожать полицией. Уважаемая администрация, такого никто себе не позволяет, отели пяти звезд так себя не ведут! Приведите в порядок персонал и научите их общаться. Может быть они до этого в колонии работали. Я понимаю конечно что отсутствует чувство такта у обслуживающего персонала. Администратор это лицо отеля, которая вела себя непрофессионально. Вы обслуживаете людей-научитесь это делать достойно.

Номер просторный, это плюс. Довольно жарко было. Слышно всех, кто ходит за дверью, из-за этого все утро плохо спалось. Все чисто, все приятно в номере. Зуб щетки и шампуни, думаю, лучше брать свои, тк те что есть в ванной, на любителя. Больше всего удивило, что на ресепшн не просто просят паспорт отсканировать, но и подписать согласие на обработку персональных данных, которые потом передают в МВД. Это что-то новенькое. Из-за этого больше не остановлюсь в данном отеле, позиция принципиальна. Номер стоил в январе 22г. 2800 руб без завтрака.

Возвращались с моря, долго пытались найти отель около Воронежа- стоимость на 2 взрослых и ребёнка просто убивала( в районе 7-10 тыс) через час поисков нашли отель Фараон. Огромное спасибо работающим в нем за чистоту. В отеле все есть и миникухня, и ресторан )) и гигиенические принадлежности. За 3,3 тыс Прекрасно выспались и отдохнули! Всем Настоятельно рекомендуем) работникам отеля процветания!🌹🌹Марина

Брали двухкомнатный номер. Просторный, чистый. Комфортный матрас для сна. Отзывчивый персонал. Вкусный завтрак. Из недочётов:стремная мыльница в туалете, и в ванной нет полочки на зеркале для принадлежностей, стоит один стакан пластиковый для зубных щёток на раковине и всё. Будем в Воронеже-остановимся ещё.
