Myself and husband are staying here for a week. It is our base while spending time with son and family. The hotel is within easy walking distance to local shops. Our stay is very comfortable with a suitable buffet breakfast. This is a small family /friendly hotel in a pleasant area. We have a nice room with a distant view of the mountains which are capped with snow. The delights of Athens are within easy reach by taxi or public transport

Just about acceptable if on a budget as room was clean, beds comfy, excellent coffee at breakfast, staff friendly and drinks cheap. BUT so many reasons that we would not stay again. Very dated miserable looking decor, bathroom got flooded when shower used, no english tv stations, air con very noisy and not very effective, nicotine smell all about (no non smoking rooms in the hotel), and no ‘atmosphere’. I was bemused to order a gin and tonic and be told they didn’t have a slice or of lemon to put in it. A basic hotel that felt a bit joyless, but I am still giving it 3 stars because for the low price, what do you expect ? ? If you are in a strict budget and you don’t expect anything at all fancy, its perfectly fine. But for us, next time we would pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

Quiet location

The hotel is small located in a commercial area. Fortunately the train station is relatively close to the center to be able to move. Although the metro is 40 minutes away to the nearest area of Acropolis. Short breakfast. No luxury. I'd better forget. My negative experience had it with the staff of the hotel. At the time of asking for a transfer ... Depending on who you asked you they told you a different price. And if you still ask, the answer was all less correct. I would come back?? NO. I think I can find something better in another area ... And easily move me.

A true 5 star stay at Hotel Say! We traveled to Kifisia with family for a reunion. Three generations. From my son and nephews to my 93 year old father, the entire staff was accommodating, kind and service oriented. Arrival - the front desk arranged a car service for arrival to Athens airport. Smooth travel transition and easy service. Check in - the front desk staff were incredible! 4 rooms. Early morning check in. They helped us transition from 2 rooms being ready at 10 am to all rooms available by 3 pm. It gave us all a chance to rest and shower. Thank you! Restaurant Noblis was a treat. George, Sotiri and Damitra were truly a joy and interacted with our family. The food was great. The service was impeccable and memorable. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and the location was perfect for visiting Kifisia! Very walkable to restaurant and shopping district. About 1 mile to the metro train station to get to Athens central or Piraeus. When coming back to Greece we will definitely stay at the Hotel Say again!
