My worst hotel experience I've ever had. I book a room by phone and ask for a double bed, as soon as we arrive and they give us the room and we go inside we see a room that stinks of mold, beds and mattresses that are at least 20 years old. The sink was dirty and they had been taped together with insulating tape for a long time. A bathtub from 1990, so dirty that you hated taking a bath. The whole room had one external socket, a 15-inch TV at most, looking at the ceiling. A refrigerator left in the middle of the room so they could say it had a refrigerator. When I told them to leave, the receptionist started saying that he had health problems and what kind of things they were, then he said to give me another room with 3 beds and as soon as I went to see it, it was the same mess as the other one and with 3 single beds, I told him no, I'm with my girlfriend, I'm not staying alone, he started telling me, you're going to have good beds, it doesn't have to be a double, you'll sleep and leave. With a lot, he started showing other rooms from where he said I don't have any more, and when I told him that I'm not staying in this hotel, he said I don't care, pay my bill, I paid it and left. We're talking about the worst hotel I've ever been to, really, this particular one should be checked by the health department immediately. It's unacceptable that there are hotels like this in 2024. They charged 65 euros for a room that wasn't even worth 20 euros. SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE..
