Steep, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 30 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, railway station "Mayrhofen" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, mountain railway 1.5 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 1.5 km, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Eggalm 4 km, Hintertux 10 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Animals in the neighbourhood. we had a great stay in this house. The kitchen is heated with wood. Very cozy and a nice view. There is no WiFi Our advice is to buy a one month unlimited data card and a Setting up a hotspot. or of course no WiFi for a week

The house is 300 years old as described. It's ok if you don't have any claims. The way because it is on the mountain is very cumbersome. Not recommended for a family with small children, since it is very cold even in summer. We didn't use the electronic r

We love the Lippnerhütte as a cosy place for our winter and skiing holidays. A lovingly preserved ancient farmhouse with everything, when the simple is in the foreground. Thank you very much for this holiday property and also the renting through Interchal

Ganz tolle Vermieter, Es fehlte an nichts, genau wie Beschrieben. Kein Luxusurlaub,sondern genau wie es sein muss. Sauber,Badezimmer gutToiletten neu. Und Urgemütlich wie bei Oma in der Küche sitzen....👍👍👍
