We moved into our accommodation as booked. However, the sauna that was booked and paid for was missing! An essential decision criterion for us. We definitely wouldn't have booked in the price category without the sauna mentioned.

1 I have been called 4 times, colleagues do not know about each other's efforts 2 when asked very poor explanation and incorrect regarding the route and where my house was 3 toilet seat in the house is much less than Action quality luckily I can suffice n
