Really enjoyed my stay. My room was very comfortable - The location is close to the old town. The service from the owner was great and the pool better than the photos. Good breakfast too There are a number of pleasant communal spaces inside and out with great views and a nice vibe overall I don’t understand some of the lower ratings. Would definitely recommend

This was the worst accommodation in Tuscany. Although the hotel is beautifully situated and with a nice view, it does not compensate for the large distance from the center. Cramped room and poorly equipped. A bed with a very uncomfortable mattress and uncomfortable pillows. As for the bathroom, it was a real failure. A shower in the middle of a room with a thin curtain is some kind of misunderstanding. After showering, the whole bathroom was drowned in water. I did not expect such conditions in the center of Europe in such a beautiful and charming city. I do not recommend

Spent a week here middle of June. Location great for visiting this part of Tuscany. Hotel lovely and clean, rooms done every day. Lovely big swimming pool. Breakfast buffet good quality and plenty of choice. Great local food for dinner and the owner and his daughter really know their wines. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful

The location is perfect for reaching the center of Volterra on foot in ten minutes. The structure has enormous potential but could do with a bit of modernization (carpet in the room, slow Wi-Fi). Good cleaning. Resting by the pool under the olive trees of the park allows for truly unique relaxation. The restaurant is really good. Breakfast could be more varied and above all the waiters could bring hot drinks to the table without guests having to get up to get them themselves from the bar counter.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel per due notti in una camera economy. Hotel accogliente la una hall ha una bella saletta con camino, pulito e ordinato. La camera economy essenziale nell' arredo e nel bagno ma con tutto il necessario per due notti. Colazione nella media proprietario gentile. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Volterra a piedi senza muovere la macchina.

Ottimo hotel vicinissimo al centro. I proprietari cordiali e molto socievoli. Noi abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione ed è stata un'ottima scelta. Cibo ottimo e porzioni giuste. Bella la sala con il caminetto dove leggere un buon libro o consumare un'ottima grappa consigliata dalla proprietaria.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia in questa struttura per tre giorni in mezza pensione. Posizione estremamente comoda. Giardino e piscina puliti e spaziosi. Cucina curata e gustosa. Personale cortese ed accogliente. La camera...vecchiotta e senza aria condizionata (non ce n'era bisogno)...beh era u a economy e lo sapevamo a priori. Nel complesso siamo stati proprio bene.

Location ed esterni fanctastici,e niente le info positive terminano qui! Al nostro arrivo la ragazza alla reception fredda e con le parole contate!.. La camera dire retro è fare un complimento,direi proprio vecchia! Lampadario mancante e le bajour che non funzionavano entrambe, la presa della corrente vicino al letto che funzionava solo se lasciavo la luce accesa!Camera senza aria condizionata e bagno senza piatto doccia !Moquette che in teoria doveva essere rossa,ma era di un colore indefinito!
